They take your money but offer nothing in return

My name is Katja Muller and i opened a gym account with Planet Fitness in Platterkloof Cape town i then relocated to Gauteng and changed my gym to Lakefield. They were glad to take my money for transfer costs but never tranfered me!!! They opened a whole new membership!!! now i am paying for 2 gym's i don't even go anymore as my tag does not work!!! And i am harrased everytime i go!
i have tried to contact the Managers of both gym"s and they have promised to sort it out... they have not and everytime i phone them they are not in the office... i have phoned head office and nobody get's back to me?
if i stop paying they blacklist me!!!?
i am now seeking legal advice!
