Being continuously harassed by sales representativ

A few months ago I went to Steeledale Pick 'n Pay after work as I do every afternoon, and have been doing for many years. I was approached by one of the Sales Representatives George, that are situated by the centre entrance. I was on my phone and as he approached me I shook my head and said "No thank you". He then lashed out and said "I never even asked you anything why are you saying no thank you? " "all I did was greet you! ". I said well I was on the phone but I'm not interested. He literally shouted at me to the extent that people turned and looked. I reported him, but then decided to let it go. A few days after that he saw me at the door and greeted me arrogantly and then laughed at me when I ignored him - I asked him to please just leave me alone and he said he would do what he wants. I avoided doing my shopping at Pick 'n pay after that as I was afraid I might bump into him again, or if I did go I went to the other entrance avoiding him at all costs. Then today I had to go to the bank that is situated where he is based and the same thing happened. Ended up in him yelling at me again! I have a right to go to Pick 'n Pay without being harassed by this person have I not?
