Money not refunded after incorrect debit orde

At the beginning of this year I signed up for a Planet Fitness membership for a club being built in Cape Town. on 28 June I cancelled my membership for health reasons and the club had not opened yet so I did not think there would be a problem. Shaun Rawbone confirmed the cancellation by email. At the end of September I had an amount deducted off my account for Planet Fitness. Since then I have been fighting to get my money re-imbursed and the sales managers keep changing. The last correspondence was from Shameemah Francis who assured me that head office had my details and would re-imburse me. After being promised payment in the week of 14 November I am still waiting for my payment. I find this unprofessional and really cannot believe that this has been carrying on since June - 6 months since my initial cancellation!
