Good day Planet Fitness - I am very unhappy with you. I have received a sms stating that money will be deducted from my account for a membership with you. Firstly I haven't been to the gym in 5 years. Secondly I have no membership application or any intention of applying for a gym membership with you at all. Thirdly I am offended by the lack of services, I have phoned each planet fitness in my area to sort out the problem or get clarity and no one picks up their phones!!! I Called Fourways & Rosebanks's planet fitness and the same story, no answer. Is the clubs open? Does no one care to answer? You also have no head office number? Please urgently call me as this is unacceptable!
