Admin is pathetic

On the 2nd of January I transferres my membership to another person. Vusi did the transfer and I paid half the transfer fee and the guy who took over my membership paid the other half. March the payments still went off my account. I went to my bank and cancelled the debit order and reverced payments since January. I also saw the manager and he said he will sort it out. End of March and April I received an sms stating that payment are overdue.
I live in Joburg thus I cannot just go and sort it out, so I tried phoning and no answer.
I went there again today 4 May and left a message for manager. Mbongeni was the reception and he said that the number on the website is wrong and he will tell the manager to call me.
He logged onto the database and my name is still registered as a member with planet fittness. Also that there is no money outstanding.
I am not a member with planet fitness. Why is this not sorted out yet?
Why did I pay the transfer fee?
