I cancelled my gym membership in writing on 12 nov 2012, received no response from sunwardpark gym, contacted them again on 25April 2013 and still nothing although i am still being debited, phoned the manager Sandy Thompson and she promised to give me feedback. Has not responded to me even though i sent her an email and she took down my details. Am so upset with the level of service from such a business, customer satisfaction means nothing to managers now.
