New member - no one bothers to sort out my account

I am a new member at Planet Fitness and even after going to see the manager at Planet fitness Rosebank personally; I am still no closer to getting my account sorted out. I paid my deposit of R1610.00 and then we had a payment plan in place for 12 months. I was debited twice at the end of February 2013 and I spoke to the person who sold me the contract and he was going to get back to me the same day to explain it, this never happened. Then I left message after message at the Rosebank branch for someone to phone me back with no joy either.
Eventually I sent the query on the website upon which I got the response that my debit order for 1 Feb 2013 returned unpaid so I get charged a penalty fee as well. I have never had an unpaid debit order in my life so I phoned my bank who confirmed that no attempt was made by PF to debit my account on 1 Feb.
I also tried to query why for 1 April 2013, my PF statement reflects two invoice amounts which mean in effect I am billed twice for April. Out of frustration I went personally with my bank statement on 6 March 2013 to show the manager at PF that there were sufficient funds and he promised to sort all my queries out. Still waiting.
