I want to cancel or transfer my membership seeing as I don't work in the Lynnwood area anymore. When I phoned the lady told me there is a R850.00 transfer charge!!? That is ridiculous! How can you ask someone that much just for a transfer? That is pure greediness! I then asked how much it would be R2710.40! That is proposterous and I am speechless on how you can sleep at night! I spoke to the manager at Planet Fitness mega gym and he said it's only 20% of the outstanding amount. So one club charges one amount and the next something else? You don't have any standards whatsoever and just like to steel money! This is not the first time I have trouble with PF, my previous membership was not cancelled eventhough I sent a cancelation letter 3 months before the expiry date, and was still debited. I was assured it was cancelled only to be harrased a few times by a company that you appointed to hound your clientelle. After a huge fight it was finally resolved. You are absolutely pathetic beyond belief.
