"Have You Heard" Smirnoff campaign did not delive

I was approached by someone employed by have You Heard. They wanted to provide free Smirnoff for an event I was hosting. After emails and face to face meetings, an agreement was met, a budget was supplied as well as a promised time of delivery (8-9pm). After 9pm came and went, I phoned the person in charge. He was currently in a club and was hard to understand. He had no idea where his team was, and told me he'd follow up. Hours went by and it became humiliating not only to me but to my board. We could not deliver to our guests what was promised to them. I kept getting told that the team was on their way and about 2 hours later around midnight I confronted him again and he said they had arrived. I gave him a number for them to contact which they could contact which they did not do (lacking in customer service) and personally went looking for them. No surprise when they were not in sight. The guy in charge still tells me they were there, and further more, he diverts all the blame on his subordinates (bad management). Instead of apologizing, taking responsibility and rectifying said "mistake", he is defensive and condescending and maintains that he is not in anyway in the wrong.
