Brandhouse/Smirnoff - Silicone Aerosol Cap in pack

I purchased a Smirnoff Vodka and Apple, Melon & Pomegranate cocktail pack. Only to find that when I tried to open it and release the tap - that I couldn't. Something was in the way. I then opened the full box and found a Silicone Aerosol Cap in the box.

This is a huge lapse in quality control and if this is included in the packaging, I can only guess at whats actually include in the beverage itself.

I've emailed Brandhouse and they've had someone contact me who informed me that they would investigate and revert back. This was now almost 2 weeks ago and I've yet to have a reply.

I won't be buying any of their products again I will inform Smirnoff that they have lost a customer as a result.

Shocking customer service and possibly a health risk to anyone consuming that batch of alcohol.
