I was doing my shopping today and had a pamphlet so i needed a lot of things. Richard was making orange juice at the juice machine and would leave it to help customers with weighing fruits and pricing, etc, then go back. He helped me with that and all other things that were not in his aisle/department. I would carry my pamphlet and just go back to him (because i could not find anyone else) and he would show me where the product is or say 'let me go find someone who works there' and come back to me. He would even go and find out about a product he can't find and return to explain to me that I'm carrying a hyper pamphlet, etc. He really went the extra mile and did not just refer me to an aisle. He does his job really well and seems to want to do even more. If there is an opportunity for advancement i would really like to recommend him.
