False In Stock Status

The "in stock" status on the website means nothing. I've been waiting a week for an "in stock" product, and when I query the "in process" status I receive a explanation that the ONE "in stock" product might have already been ordered by someone else.

Since I placed my order, the product has been "in stock" for another 5 days running.

I've spent almost R10, 000 with them over a year, but thinking back, most of my dealings with them were troublesome.
