I received a sms from CNA 10/01/2013, the sms read: Enjoy free movies for a year with a get-2-pay-for-1 Ster Kinekor Cinema Card compliments of CNA! Swipe your Thank U rewards card when spending R250 or more @ CNA on music, movies, gaming, books or toys to qualify. Your movie card will be sent to you. Offer valid til 25 Jan. T&Cs apply. Sms stop to opt out.
So, thinking this was a good deal I phoned them to double check the T&Cs, after having waited for 10 mins for somebody to answer, I was told that somebody would get back to me as they don't know. I did receive a call back saying what the sms stated.
So I bought myself some books as I was going to get a movie card, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.By the beginning of March I had still not received anything, so I emailed them. I got a response by 05/03/2013 requesting my details and at what store the purchase was made. I replied immediatly.
After that I have sent 3 other emails requesting information on my query, giving the query number that was sent to me. I am still awaiting a response in this regard.
