CNA Ster Kinekor 2 for 1 movie card

I spent R250 at CNA in order to get "2 for 1 movies for a year" at Ster Kinekor. It took months for me to receive the card, which is then not valid for a year (as advertised) but only until the end of the year.
I was fortunate that I used the card once, but it has also given the same promblems since.
When I swipe the card and says your details need to be updated, nobody at Ster Kinekor seems to have a clue of what is going on.
I have emailed Ster Kinekor, but without any response...
