JET Ster Kinekor 2 for 1 Promotion

With my pre-approved Jet account (Nov 2013) I received a JET Ster Kinekor 2 for 1 movies for a year flyer.

My JET Club account was activated 11-Dec-2013, no one in store was sure where I could get my "Ster Kinekor 2 for 1 movies " CARD?
I then phoned the Edcon call center early this morning (12-Dec-2013) on 0860 005 006, where Nana (spelling?) answered my call. She took my cell number & promised to get back to me soon as she was not sure on how JET club & Ster Kinekor worked & wanted to confirm.

Still no response from the call center & I also still do not know where I can get my Ster Kinekor 2 for 1 movie CARD???

I am a customer for only 1 day. Is this what you call customer service??? Nogal disappointed :(
