Does anyone at Ster Kinekor know??

To whom it may concern,

It was higly embarrasssing last night as I wanted to go to the Movies using my 2 for 1 move card... the lady at the desk at Ster Kinekor told me I need to register the 2 for 1 move card that I received... and this can only be done one line...

I then went home and got online - then called your call centre this morning (as I couldn't register this card) and was told by your call centre that this needs to be done at the Cinema... does your staff know how to use these systems?

Also, Eastgate movies (around 17:00) for the 17;15 movie - there was ONE person behind the desk.. there was a massive que and everyone was complainging.. are you doing something to rectify this?
