Not delivering on advertised promotions

In January I received an sms informing me that when you spend R250 or more on Movies, Games or Music at CNA you will receive a Ster Kinekor movie card. When you buy one movie ticket the second is free. This card is valid for a year. I responded to this promotion.
I showed the cashier the sms I received. She did not have an idea about the promotion. The sms stated that the card will be delivered. It is now the end of February and nothing was delivered yet. I called the call centre and they informed me that CNA should have given the card, however the sms stated the card will be delivered.
The first call centre agent I spoke to just dropped the call. The second person was more helpful but still could not assist.
