2 FOR 1 MOVIE FAKE PROMO

In February 13 CNA had a promo, spend more than R250 on games, movies or music and receive a STER KINEKOR 2 FOR 1 movie card free for 1year. So I did and the card never came up until JUNE 13 where TLC MARKETING called me and said they will courier the card. Got the card

Now when i go to STER KINEKOR i swipe the 2 for 1 card and says your details need to be updated. Ask STER KINEKOR to help they dont know what is wrong or what its about.
I email STER KINEKOR and they come back and say this is 2012 promo and not 2013! How is this possible when it was done for this year 2013!
CAN SOME ONE PLEASE FIX THIS CARD AND GIVE ME THE 2 FOR 1 PROMO WHICH I DESERVE.!
Ive basically got half a year left to watch 2 for 1 movies with an inactive card I want one that I get now and is active for full year as promised by CNA!
