Strap faulty

Hi we have been using your nappies since our son was born and we never had any issues until we bought this new pack and have noticed that almost every second nappy the left strap is bend and is always coming loose.
What is going on with quality control these days it's like that department is neglected I would understand if it were 1 or 2 but its a whole bunch of them in one pack. This is really sad I have to say.
