Expensive Poor Quality Shoes

I bought a pair of very expensive boots for R2 490 at Europa Art Shoes in Canal Walk, Cape Town on the 3rd of April 2013 and when I tried to wear them on the 5th the zip on the side came right off. I took the boots back to them the following day on the 6th of April 2013. The shop assistant told me that he could not help me because first they did not have the same boots in store and the manager was not working as it was a Saturday. I told him that I was to fly back to Joburg the following day so could not come back. He told me I could take the boots to any branch in South Africa and they will replace them for me as long as its within 14 days. On the 14th of April 2013, I took the same boots to the Europa Art Shoes branch in Rosebank. When I got there, a store attendant named Ansa told me they would take the boots in for repair and they should be ready in about a week. As this did not sound too long I agreed to have them repaired instead of replaced. It has now been 2 weeks and still nothing. at the beginning of the week I contacted the store to enquire and got a very rude response about how they cant tell me how long its still going to take. I am disgusted by THIS!!!
