Faulty Boots - DISGUSTING after sales service

On the 22 April I purchased a pair of boots from Castelo "pop up shop, " after wearing them once, the beading started coming off, I returned these to the shop on about the 5 April, as discussed with Tsholo, the shop assistant, I wanted either the boots to be repaired, replaced or refunded. Tsholo promised to speak to the owner - Sue Ellen and get back to me. She eventually did, on the 14 April, telling me that nothing could be done about the boots as this had occurred due to "friction." Surely boots are made to withstand friction, especially after one wear and how friction causes beads to fall off is beyond me. I have since left numerous messages for Sue-Ellen but she has never had the decency to get back to me, even after explaining to Tsholo each time about my rights as a consumer and the legalities. Such disgusting treatment and they still have my boots!
