VERY ANNOYED - BAD SERVICE

We purchased a Samsung 710L Combi Fridge Freezer in February 2012. The first one nearly burnt because the plug was faulty. The second one was not aligned properly and had challenges of its own. After 2 exchanges we finally ended up with the third one. Two months later we had problems with the LED screen. They repaired the LED screen and things seemed to be ok. Then... lo and behold, some more problems. What looked like just the LED giving problems again, the fridge is not cooling the way it should and the temperature is jumping between 14 degrees and 16 degrees. My husband called Makro who told him to call Samsung who in turn told him to contact the contractor. What kind of service is this that we have to do all the calling ourselves. Four days later and still sitting with a defective fridge. What do we have to do to get proper service for a fridge that cost R8000.00 and has been giving problems since the beggining. So all Makro wanted was our money and to with after sale service. I am so dissapointed in Samsung for producing inferior products and claiming to give us a product that will keep our food fresh and hygienic. WE SHOULD GET A NEW FRIDGE FOR THE MONEY WE SPENT.
