Worse than poor customer Service

I purchased a pair of boots for R1795.00 from the Cavendish Square branch, where I have shopped for the last 10 years or more. I have always been an excellent customer, and not once in the 10 years ever returned anything. This pair of boots felt very tight and I then returned it within the 10 day period required. The current Manager at the branch refused to take back the boots, and accused me of having worn it. I have never been so insulted in my life, as he spoke down to me and was arrogant as well as disrespectful. Can your company seriously afford to have staff like this who treat customers who have supported you for so many years in this manner?

I then got a call from Nhla Sithole at the Jhb Head office, saying that I could replace my boots at Europa Cavendish, but when I went back in to Cavendish as well as Canal Walk, no one had anything similar to the one I wanted. I then requested a refund, as your store could not provide me with a replacement, and that was THREE WEEKS AGO. I have been contacting Ms Sithole every second day, even though she promises to get back to me, and STILL NO RESOLUTION. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED, as I have often seen customers refunded. PLEASE!
