I went to the Pick and Pay Alberton (Randhart Branch) to get some groceries and redeem my points. The cashier that assisted me (unfortunatley I did not get her name) assisted me with the transaction without greeting us, we made the cash payment and we other goods that we wanted to purchase using our points. The transaction was not going through on the sytem and the Cashier did not have the courtecy of apologising for the delay and letting us know what the cause was!!! We waited for 20 min waitinbg or the supervisor to assist. She came and did not even let us know what was causing the delay unit the manager "Cindy Luscos" came to inform us that they were offline and I wont be able to use my points. There was no apology whatso ever instead she went on about thoer IT issues, everyting was shoved to my face take it or live it is the attidute I got.

What is the point of collecting my points when i will be told i cant redeem them, A big Corporstion like Pick and Pay does not have a contigency plan for Sysytem Faluires!!!

This makes me question my cash transaction if it was captured and my points updated???
