Store has no Clue how App works!

I have added the Pick n Pay App to my mobile and selected my voucher to get double points for 16th Dec and changed my points to cash. I went to Pick n Pay in Capricorn, bought my goods and went to the till, showed the cashier my voucher number that the App gave me and she has no clue what I was talking about or what to do. She called another cashier and then another and all of them clueless. Then to top it off the store manager comes along and also doesn't know what to do or how it works, so I managed to spend my points changed to cash but didn't get my double points sadly. Now standing there beyond annoyed, the manager now questions me as if I about changing my points to cash and then goes and makes a copy of my card and wants my contact details, so that he can check tomorrow if I did. WHAT THE??? Why have this App when the people in the store don't know what to do and then have the manager question me like I did something wrong! Disgusted and will take this further.
