Supervisor called me rude and not welcome!!!

I had the most horrifying experince yesterday at abt 9:45am when i wanted to use MY hard earned points.

the system was offline and the supervisor, Sharon told me i must use cash when i refused and asked her hw the system cld be offline when i had just converted my points? she then replied hey sis, i dont know you need to pay cash. i then told her that no i want to use my points and can not come back, then she started telling me how rude i was ands that there is nothing she can do.

i shop in pick and pay almost everyday for my lunch and there are extremely nice pple but this supervisor yoh i dnt knw how she got the position bt it was definitely not cause she has customer service skills.

i was running late for work and she told me point blank that is not my problem and i should not rush her!! wat type of is this from a supervisor Pick n Pay?

i work in customer service bt no matter hw rude or stubborn a client is there is no excuse for a SUPERVISOR to call a customer rude and tell the customer that she shouldnt use the shops services.

Kindly advise Sharon that we shop thousands of rands to accummalate the points the points and are not free.
