Cant buy using smart shopper points!!!

I just got back from your Northgate mall branch. The security politely assisted me to swop my smart shopper points so i can use them at the till, it has a cash value of almost R500, so after spending about an hour choosing some products and standing in a que for 45 min i get to the till and the rude cashier says "well we offline so you need to pay cash and use the points next time" REALLY??? i wanted to use the points today, the points I earned who the gives her the right to tell me when i "must" the points?

All good and well if you offline, that happens to most businesses but then PUT A SIGN UP SO PEOPLE DONT WASTE TIME"

I will never go back to that pnp again, the supervisor thinks she well owns the store, She needs to be taught how to dea with customers, she did not even bother explaining, she just walked off.
