Direct Medicines from Clicks is supposed to send me end my wife our chronic medication every month. This month my wife got hers but my medication was mixed up with someone else's and instead of my medication the box sent to the Clicks where she has to pick up our medication contained medication that was not meant for me. If she did not open the box in store she would have taken the medication that was not meant for me. What I find even more annoying is that she called you and had to walk back to get the details on the box when she wanted to complain. This is wasting our time and our money because of your incompetence!

You then promised overnight delivery on Wednesday - There was no medication on Thursday or Friday and I went and checked at the post office as well today. There is still no medication delivered to my house and there is no way I am driving to that Clicks again unless you pay me for my time and per kilometer.

Please get you ducks in a row and ensure you get my medication delivered to me and a refund for my time and frustration would be in order as well as your in competence is beyond pathetic!

Your call centre also only works weekdays and you serve clients?
