We bought a queen size bed in September 2012, 1st they deliver the wrong base with the mantras, then they changed it, now the base makes a terrible noise, they promised to exchange the base in April, since then they have all sorts of story's the one after the other, they would have exchange the base, given me dates, when it is delivery time, they have another story, they would have delivered Friday or today, now they will deliver tomorrow or Wednesday I am sorry, I do not believe them.
We have made several phone calls, went to shop, spoke to the manager, but they do not even return your phone calls, they make promises they cannot keep, We have spent so much money on all the phone calls and petrol driven there, and this is the service you get.
