Failure to deliver medication

I am highly upset about the fact that I am without medication. My medical aid instructed me to make use of Pharmacy Direct for my chronic medication, or they won't pay.
So, I sign up for my medication to be delivered, complete the forms etc. (in which you specify when your medication is supposed to be delivered, monthly) and I wait. I had to phone twice before they even dispensed or despatched or whatever a distance pharmacy do.
So, the second month delivery due date arrive and I think nothing of it and wait patiently. This is after all medication we are talking about. A pharmacy has a responsibility toward their client's chronic medication. And the medication I take CAN NOT be skipped for a day! I can experience seizures and other withdrawal symptoms may lead to death. My medication is NOT a simple headache tablet. It is serious medication. So, my question is: since it is now Friday night, and I was informed this afternoon that my medication will be despatched only on Monday, what do I do without medication until then? Who ever at the company even tries to contact me about this complaint had better I hope I am stil alive on Monday, because I sure hope I am.
