I went to clicks for my chronic medication. left my 6 months script in June2013, with them so they can bill me in advance and send me sms's of when I can come fetch my medication when it's ready. they billed me 6times but did not get my 6th medication. the last bill was on the 4th of December. I went there to fetch what was on my script (30 December 2013 (as I went on holiday and only came back then)), but they refused and said that I needed a new script for my medication.
what I want to know is, when they billed as follows, am I not supposed to get my medicines as per they billed?
05/06/2013 (1st time of getting medicine)
10/07/2013 (2nd time of getting medicine)
09/11/2013 (3rd time of getting medicine)
09/10/2013 (4th time of getting medicine)
06/11/2013 (5th time of getting medicine)
04/12/2013 (6th time of getting medicine)
I think I should be getting my medication as indicated above. regardless of when I fetch it after it has been billed.
I need someone to have a look into how their system works as it seems even their staff members don't know how it works.
ps: I want my account to be reimbursed or give me my medication for the last months bill.
