Again I have tried to order with a renewed script to direct Medicines
Being Asthmatic, you would think my medication would be required for me to live

No, the medical aid doesn't want to pay all the funds, so Direct Medicines doesn't let me know in advance. So my medication runs out.

Get your act together. It's been 3 years of hassles. Last December, I had to call between N1 Clicks and Direct Medicines because it's not their responsibility when medication goes missing. An entire December without medication that I couldn't order again, because it came off of my medication for the month.
