Woolworths Low GI Chicken and Avo Sandwich

Last month I bought a Low GI Chicken and Avo Sandwich from Woolworths Woodmead, The Chicken was bone dry and the Avo was non-existent!!! I emailed Woolworths about my disgusted and they did get back to me, they said that they would send me a sms within 2days which would entitle me to a R50 purchase at any Woolworths.
It's been 20 Days and I am yet to receive my Sms!!

I am very disappointed as I am a regular shopper at Woolworths.
