Sharp chicken bone in my meal

I bought a Cantonese Chicken Noodle meal from Woolworths Northgate. I found a sharp chicken bone in the meal, luckily did not swallow it as it could have caused me harm! Are you planning on putting warnings on your chicken meals saying 'chew carefully or you might end up in hospital'?
