Still waiting for second card

We visited the Galleria branch to open an account. My husband would be the main account holder with a second card for me. Filled in the application form - nothing happened which is not surprising as the indian chap who assisted us put the form in his pocket! Went back to the store a week later only to have a staff member fill everything in on the computer this time because the application form still hadn't been captured. Did the application for my card at the same time. Received husbands card in the mail. Waited... waited some more... no card for me. Went back to the store but they need to see my husband in person which is not possible as he's in Botswana on contract. What exactly is the problem?? You wouldn't give me my own account because i'm a stay at home mum (Foschini approved a personal account for me in two days, by the way) and now you're giving me the run-around even though my husband has okay'd it TWICE in the store.
