COMPLAINT: FOCHINI CRESTA (Incident date: 22/03/2013) I went to pick up my new Foschini card on Friday (22/03/2013) and I am not happy in the manner that Tina handled the matter, She was very impatient with me, and did not bother to explain properly what was meant to happen (signing of her book, signing of the card and usage of the card) - she demanded my ID and threw it back at me when she was done. When I asked her for assistance with regard to card usage, she was very impatient and dismissive in her answer and walked away, leaving me to figure things out by myself. She however was more interested in helping her male friends, whom she smiled at as they continued to compliment her on her "sexy" outfit.
