Feathers on chicken!

I buy chicken at woolworths for a reason, that is beacuse its clean and tastes good! But recently I notices I bought a 12 piece pack and again a bigger tray and some pieces have feathers on them still, so off putting I would then buy chicken at shoprite and pick n pay and pay much less if I enjoyed kleaning chicken, the chicken has even been fatty lately not a good woolworths foods image! Dissappointing!
