Chicken not cooked to the standard

I bought the grilled chicken on Thursday at Woolworths food fox street and it was just a mess not well done even the taste was not the one i know but unfortunately I couldn't return it due to time.
i'm disappointed knowing how the chicken tastes and wonder why it was that way
