Second time where they dont delive

A few months ago we decided to purchase a lounge suite from Furniture City, we signed the contract and they said delivery would be the next day, next day came NO DELIVERY, after a week of empty promises we told them to cancel the contract, we would not be doing business with them! We saved up the money to buy the lounge suite cash and went back again to give it a second try, we decide on a lounge suite, and while they ringing it up they realize that the price is advertised wrong and it actually 7000 more than advertised, after a long fight they decided to give us a discount but it was still 2000 more!!! we pay the amount and the delivery fees and they promise to deliver on the Saturday, the Saturday comes, and NO DELIVERY, we call them and they promise to deliver on the Monday, the Monday comes NO DELIVERY, so we called and Minini assures us that the set is on the truck and is going to be delivered before 19H00 that night... STILL NO DELIVERY! this is the shottiest service i have ever received, and i will never make use of furniture cities services again, and i will inform everyone i know, to not use them either!!! i want a full refund, i will take my money elsewhere!!!
