Late or no delivery of lounge suite

On Saturday 3rd August I went to Sahd Oxford Street to purchase an Aristocrat lounge suite. All paper work was done & I informed the accounts lady I will make an EFT transfer & wanted delivery on the Monday 12th August. I made EFT payment on Monday 5th August, faxed proof of payment & confirmed with Sahd that they haf received it. On Monday 12th August I phoned to enquire about my delivery & Leslie said he was not ready to deliver & would be unable to deliver today as per the confirmation I had made 8days before. I told him I don't accept that asI had given them the whole week to deliver. He then promised to deliver my lounge suite today 12th Aug in afternoon. It's now 17:30 & no delivery made, yet I had phoned again @ 16:00 & they confirmed they would deliver.
