Lying staff

My domestic worker most of my wife's Jewelery, a Kruger Rand and gold Rolex watch. The domestic offered all the items to Cash Crusaders Knysna to pawn or buy. I traced all the items on the records of Cash Crusaders Knysna -- except the Rolex watch. My domestic, in her police affidavit, said she sold the watch to CashCrusaders Knysna for R150 and was informed by their buyer, Kallie, that it was a fake Rolex, hence the low price This happened during Feb and March 2013.
On 15/4/13 my wife and I went to Kallie. He informed us that C/C didn't buy the Rolex but a client busy selling his tools, bought it for R150! Utter lie. My domestic identified Kallie buying all the Jewelery as well as the Rolex. Later the day I visited CC again, Kallie was out, I was interviewed by Tienkie. She told me a completely different story about the Rolex. It is clear that both staff members are lying and that Kalle bought the Rolex himself. Everything the 2 staff members said is on record with witnesses. I intend making a criminal case as well a civil case against C/C Knysna. My domestic selling gold Jewelery 9 times in short period Krugerrand, Rolex and C/C suspected nothing. The shop cameras?
