About 2 months ago i purchase a few items from furniture city, the last item that needed to be delivered was a lounge suite which took about a month to receive. I eventually receive the lounge suite which happened to be the incorrect one. I call back and forth go into the store twice to explain they have delivered the incorrect one. They apologise and make arrangements for me to get a new delivery in two weeks from the date of complaint. so finally 2 weeks later my lounge suite arrived guess what??? WRONG lounge suite. Running around in circles back to the branch to clearly show them my lounge suite on the floor, they call me 2 days later to inform me sorry mam we dont have your lounge suite you going to have to take the one on the floor. I am now deseperate to get my lounge suite so i agree as long as i dont pay the full price as its been sat on ect... the regional manager agrees to a small discount and i agree for them to deliver. So my long awaited lounge suite finally arrives!!! DAMAGED!!! a massive whole underneath which is not visual unless u look under. I call through my complaint and send pictures... well guess what??? im still waiting for them to fix it...
