False promises

On Monday 30 December 2013 we bought a lounge suite from clive, he asked if it's ok if it would be ok to get the products delivered on the 2 January 2014 as it would be hard to deliver it on the last day of the month, it is now 15:42 and we still waiting for delivery, we have been on I don't know how many phone calls and still waiting for answers. This is disgusting service from such a franchise as furniture city. I want my lounge suite delivered today with no excuses
