Bad service second time round!!!

I purchased a lounge suite which I was promised delivery on Tuesday and if something went wrong it would be delivered latest Wednesday, to no surprise I paid for a delivery to take place and it still has not and should only arrive tomorrow Thursday after a fight with them wanting to only deliver Friday.
I had the same experiance just over a year ago where Furniture City and they had to refund my money... seems like the service, over promising and under delivery will always be apart of their reputation.

Very disappointed in the lack of interest and follow up from the sales staff and management.
