On 11 Jan 2013 my wife visited the Multiserv store in Kolonnade Centre Montana to make a copy of my gate key. She was told to keep the slip in case the key doesn't work. On 14 Jan 2013she returned to the store because the key didn't work at all! The Manager told her and I quote"Your lock is! " but he did some alteration anyway and she immediately returned home to test the key. The key still didn't work! I returned to the store and inquired what seem to be the problem as this was ridiculous as:
o We had to return to the shop twice - Car does not run on water
o I have 3 identical keys that work on the lock
o The "manager" (his words) indicated that I had to bring in the lock to Multiserve - As far as I know they cut keys and are not locksmiths.
o The "manager'' was verbally badgering my wife while I went to fetch security.
o I then asked for my money back and was required to give my name, address and phone number required by management - The "manager" then kept on harping on the fact without trying to assist in any way.
I eventually told the "manager" to keep the refund.
Lastly the best part: The receipt that was issued by Multiserve (William Moleka) is dated 25 Dec 2012
