Poor quality and bad service

My wife went to Toys R Us Nelspruit to Purchase a small Radio Control car for my son. After purchasing the toy and batteries she returned home only to find the radio control car does not work. She then went back to the store, they tested it and also found that it didn't work. My Wife then decide to take two smaller gifts for my son because at this stage my 4 year old was a bit upset that we are giving back the toy we purchased him... For two smaller ones. A water gun a small radio control car. The water gun worked but the radio control car did not. I returned the follow day only to return the toy and get another one. This one i wanted tested before i left. The store clerk opened it and this was a returned toy that also did not work and was just placed on the shelf again. Then i complained to the manager Mohammed... Instead of trying to fix the situation he told me i can complain to head office. This is unacceptable. 3 times i went to your store with no proper service and no solution to my problem... Only a passing the buck attitude and a smart remark. I will make sure no one in Nelspruit buys from Toys R Us... More like Broken R Us.
