False promises have been made by the store manager, andhis team regarding account under my ID. First of all they lost documents for this matter, after I was told papers were sent to exact. Last yera December I was called by the store Manager, and he told me they have papers. He promised to come back to me again yersterday i was called by Exact Lawyers, and they said I must make arrangements to pay /- R9000. Fourways store Manager is ignorant, and lazy. I am suffering now because of his attitude, and poor administration.
