Jefo fails to come in and repair our security gate

My company had a Jefo security gate installed Aug last year. After installation it was noted that there was something not right about the lock on the gate as well as the quality of the keys. On occasion the key would just go around and around when trying to open but with persistence, we would eventually get the gate unlocked. This was reported to Jefo with the reply that they don't understand as the quality of key and lock is very good? We left it at that. Last week Sat (25th May) one of our keys broke off in the lock when we tried to unlock the gate. We got the gate open but now this meant that we could not lock the gate due to the key that has broken off in the lock. On Mon 26th May I contacted Jefo on the 086 number to report this. They told me that the installer would come in on Tue to replace the lock. On Tue no one arrived so I called again on Wed. They then said they would come on Wed. Wed came and went with no luck. I called on Thurs to ask what happened and they said they would come on Fri. No one came on Fri! This is unacceptable and shoddy service as my company is now under risk with no security when closing. I didnt even get an apology call for a no show!
