BAD SERVICE FROM BARKSOLE SUNRIDGE PE

I've two sets of keys for my front door... one for myself and one spare, both which I have been using for the past five years, so nothing wrong with the lock! On 25th August 2012 had two spare keys made at Barksole Sunridge Park Shopping Centre... one for each of my two grown up children. The first key broke off in the lock about six months ago and I thought tough luck and threw the two parts into a drawer! Last week the other key breaks off in the same lock so thought I would take both broken keys back to Barksole with my receipt! When I arrived at the shop this morning there was one worker plus husband and wife owners so I explained my story to them. All three started having an attitude towards me (the customer) and telling me that there is something wrong with my lock and no ways could their key just have broken off in the lock! I asked them how long should a key last, because both my original keys for my front door have lasted since my place was built. The lady owner (with a very bad attitude) said I should have complained WITHIN FOUR days of purchasing the keys!!! Where is their 'customer service'? I am supporting them, should they not also support me?
