I bought an expensive pair of shoes earlier in the year and after the second time of wearing them I noticed that the sole of one shoe had pulled loosemfrom the shoe. As I work from home I had only ever worn them inside. I returned the shoes to the Montana store and spoke to Pearl who asked me to leave the shoes there so that she could speak to her manager about the situation. A week later I was still waiting and phoned the store again. Pearl told me that she had sent the shoe to Multiserve to glue the sole back to the shoe. This infuriated me. I phoned the client liaison manager Precious to resolve the issue. I was met with an arrogant, attitude. Precious told me to take the shoes as they were or they would give me a R50 refund for the shoes. I find this shocking to say the least and will certainly not support them again.
